PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING

THE OPEN MEETING OF THE DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

 

Attendance of individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities at the open meeting of the District Executive Committee is possible only by prior registration.

Pre-registration for those wishing to attend the open meeting of the District Executive Committee is accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Organizational and Personnel Department of the District Executive Committee (administrative building of the District Executive Committee, office 23, phone 6 39 00).

Pre-registration for those wishing to attend the open meeting of the District Executive Committee ends at 1:00 p.m. on August 20, 2026.

Individuals, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities are registered to attend an open meeting on the basis of an identity document and documents confirming their authority.

The number of persons attending a meeting of the District Executive Committee may not exceed the number of seats in the meeting hall.

The use of audio and video equipment and mobile phones by persons attending a meeting of the District Executive Committee is prohibited.
