This program allows every working citizen, prior to reaching the established retirement age (women – 58 years, men – 63 years), to form an additional source of pension payments (a second pension) through personal financial contributions, with the inclusion of funds from the budget of the State Non-Budgetary Fund for Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Belarus into individual pension savings.
