The leadership of the Vitebsk region welcomes the guests and participants of the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" festival.

We sincerely welcome and congratulate the guests and residents of the region, organizers and participants of the XXXIII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" on the opening of the forum of culture, peace and kindness!

Dear friends!

For 33 years now, the festival has been held at a high creative and organizational level, has its own traditions and constantly surprises with its versatility and openness. It is rightfully called the business card of Vitebsk and all of Belarus, a symbol of the unity of Slavic peoples. It has become a meeting place for fans of culture and art, uniting artists, painters, musicians from different countries. Art does not need translation and serves to strengthen the relationship between representatives of various nationalities and states!

This year we are hosting guests from 38 countries. Among the main events of the XXXIII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk": a solemn ceremony and gala concert, Days of the Union State, XXXIII International Competition of Popular Song Performers "Vitebsk" and XXII International Children's Music Competition, Youth Day.

In addition to a wide concert program, many cultural projects are implemented during the festival days: "Theatrical Meetings", "Puppet Quarter", "Street Art Fest", interesting diverse exhibitions, a fair of folk crafts and much more. The Vitebsk Forum is also a business international platform. For the first time during the festival days, representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will visit us. "Slavianski Bazaar" is destined by fate to become a center of attraction for different cultures.

We are confident that the guests and participants, residents of the Dvina region will remember it for its unique projects, joyful meetings with real art.
