'Our Children': Awards and Gifts Presented to the Best Educators and Students of the Vitebsk Cadet School

As part of the republican New Year campaign "Our Children," a celebration titled "Let's Decorate the New Year Together!" was held at the Vitebsk Cadet School, during which honorary certificates were presented to teachers and New Year gifts were given to students of the Vitebsk Cadet School.

As noted by Vladimir Terentyev, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, any holiday is a wonderful opportunity to say thank you to those people who contribute to the development of the education system, economy, agriculture, and other spheres of activity in Belarus.

We are proud that this year the Vitebsk Cadet School was recognized as the best in the cadet education system of Belarus. It has an excellent teaching staff and leadership. The students and graduates of this educational institution are true patriots. Many of them wear officer epaulettes, and those who remain in civilian service become excellent specialists, – emphasized Vladimir Terentyev. – Today is a great occasion to express gratitude to teachers and meet with the cadets of our school, wishing them a Happy New Year, good health, the fulfillment of cherished wishes, and, most importantly, a peaceful sky above their heads.

During the festive New Year concert, Vladimir Terentyev presented the Honorary Certificate of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus to history and social studies teacher Alexander Grigoriev, as well as awarded the musical director Yuri Grigorievsky and additional education teacher Ekaterina Soldatenko with honorary certificates from the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies.

Also on this day, New Year gifts were presented to cadets by the school's board of trustees.
