On February 17-18, events were held in the Verkhnedvinsk district as part of the "Relay of Victory," which runs along the borders of the CIS member states.
During the event, Belarusian border guards handed over the relay symbol to their colleagues from the Russian Federation - representatives of the Border Directorate of the FSB for the Republic of Karelia.
